1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokeValue (the "Service"), including the website at pokevalue.eu and the PokeValue mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PokeValue provides tools for scanning, identifying, tracking, and pricing trading card collections using European market data. Features include card scanning via camera, collection management, market price analytics, and optional premium tiers with additional functionality.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PokeValue offers free and premium subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse free-tier features
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission

6. Pricing Data

Market prices displayed in PokeValue are sourced from publicly available European marketplace data and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information. Prices should not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The PokeValue name, logo, and software are the property of PokeValue. Trading card names, images, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, etc.). PokeValue is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card manufacturer.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as card photos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., card identification and collection tracking).

9. Limitation of Liability

PokeValue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on pricing data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or website.
